About the Team

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is the global edge-to-cloud company advancing the way people live and work. We help companies connect, protect, analyze, and act on their data and applications wherever they live, from edge to cloud, so they can turn insights into outcomes at the speed required to thrive in today's complex world. Our culture thrives on finding new and better ways to accelerate what's next. We know varied backgrounds are valued and succeed here. We have the flexibility to manage our work and personal needs. We make bold moves, together, and are a force for good. If you are looking to stretch and grow your career, our culture will embrace you.

About the Role

This role is designed as a hybrid position with an expectation of working an average of two days per week from an HPE office. As a Training Partner Manager, you will serve as a full-time leader responsible for growing and managing the day-to-day operations of the HPE Academic Alliance in Puerto Rico and the Americas region. You will act as a trusted advisor to member universities, fostering premium relationships that bridge the gap between academic institutions and the industry.

Your day-to-day will involve assessing technical skills gaps in the market to create plans for workforce training and certification. You will develop scalable client engagement plans for new and existing members, working closely with universities and students to optimize the engagement experience. By collaborating with Juniper education services, higher education sales teams, and internal HR partners, you will coordinate resources to maximize training and certification generation. Ultimately, you will improve the employment potential of students participating in these programs, connecting talent pools with HPE, customers, and partners.

Hiring Process

All legitimate job opportunities will come through official company channels. Candidates are responsible for verifying the credentials of any third party claiming to represent the company. Please note that HPE, its subsidiaries, and authorized recruitment agencies will never charge a candidate a registration fee, hiring fee, or any other fee in connection with its recruitment and hiring process.

Equal Opportunity & Culture

HPE is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Veterans/Disabled/LGBT employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, or any other protected category, and all decisions we make are made on the basis of qualifications, merit, and business need. Our goal is to be one global team that is representative of our customers, in an inclusive environment where we can continue to innovate and grow together.

We are unconditionally inclusive in the way we work and celebrate individual uniqueness. We know varied backgrounds are valued and succeed here. We have the flexibility to manage our work and personal needs. We make bold moves, together, and are a force for good.
