This role is designed as a hybrid position with an expectation of working an average of two days per week from an HPE office. As a Training Partner Manager, you will serve as a full-time leader responsible for growing and managing the day-to-day operations of the HPE Academic Alliance in Puerto Rico and the Americas region. You will act as a trusted advisor to member universities, fostering premium relationships that bridge the gap between academic institutions and the industry.
Your day-to-day will involve assessing technical skills gaps in the market to create plans for workforce training and certification. You will develop scalable client engagement plans for new and existing members, working closely with universities and students to optimize the engagement experience. By collaborating with Juniper education services, higher education sales teams, and internal HR partners, you will coordinate resources to maximize training and certification generation. Ultimately, you will improve the employment potential of students participating in these programs, connecting talent pools with HPE, customers, and partners.

Knowledge of computing software and networking. Familiarity with the higher education vertical. Experience in administering learning management systems (LMS). Ability to credibly discuss education services courses, content, and lab offerings with faculty of learning institutions. Industry certifications (e.g., Juniper, CISCO, HP, Palo Alto, or similar). Thought leadership in the higher education vertical. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
