As a Training Manager, you will navigate the complexities of supporting projects from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, making it imperative to keep the project on a productive path. You will ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication, implementing and maintaining organizational programs that support modernized and multiple legacy maintenance and supply systems.
On our team, you will work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You will engage in tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Suite and Power BI, while maintaining regular interactions with subject matter experts, schedulers, customers, and project analysts. The real impact of this role comes from communication that ensures the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards.
At Booz Allen, we recognize that we must continuously grow as a team to bring the best support to our clients. Here, you will have all the resources to succeed, influencing a meaningful mission while learning how to develop and maintain program strategy. You will help ensure the client accomplishes its in-service support customer goals within budget, improving warfighter readiness through improved logistics processes and digital transformation.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. As part of the hiring process, we will ask you to complete an identity verification process that leverages advanced biometrics and artificial intelligence to ensure authenticity and protect against identity fraud. You are expected to be on camera during interviews and assessments, and we reserve the right to take your picture to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
We are committed to a fair candidate process based on your own skills and knowledge. While AI is a part of our daily work, the use of artificial intelligence or other tools to assist with responses during interviews is prohibited unless permission is explicitly provided.
Our people-first culture prioritizes the benefits of collaboration, whether it occurs in person or virtually. To support engagement and effective communication, employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings. We celebrate your contributions, provide opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to disability, status as a protected veteran, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, local, or international law.
