We have extensive experience with Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and self-pay clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleMaintain and coordinate a caseload of Members enrolled in CDASS
  • check_circleCoordinate Member training needs in compliance with Federal/State Regulations and HCPF rules
  • check_circleReview training curriculum documents for accuracy and submit completed training for final approval
  • check_circleAssist in maintaining databases and electronic files for all job activities
  • check_circleRepresent the company at stakeholder meetings and community events within the assigned geographic area
  • check_circleReceive and process referrals from Case Management Agencies and schedule initial training
  • check_circleTrack training progress and support Members to administer the program according to contract requirements

Requirements
