Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMaintain and coordinate a caseload of Members enrolled in CDASS
- check_circleCoordinate Member training needs in compliance with Federal/State Regulations and HCPF rules
- check_circleReview training curriculum documents for accuracy and submit completed training for final approval
- check_circleAssist in maintaining databases and electronic files for all job activities
- check_circleRepresent the company at stakeholder meetings and community events within the assigned geographic area
- check_circleReceive and process referrals from Case Management Agencies and schedule initial training
- check_circleTrack training progress and support Members to administer the program according to contract requirements
Requirements
