Key Responsibilities
- check_circleTrain and develop incoming employees for initial indoctrination and recurrent safety training
- check_circleAssist in implementing and monitoring training programs within the organization
- check_circleCommunicate training compliance to employees within the assigned area or department
- check_circleMaintain training record databases and obtain customer qualifications for carrier programs
- check_circleApply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
- check_circleDevelop and distribute training materials including multimedia visual aids and presentations
- check_circleFacilitate classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, and meetings
- check_circleWrite maintenance, quality assurance, and training reports for various manuals and correspondence
- check_circleAudit and ensure adherence to all contract standard operating procedures
- check_circleConduct initial and recurrent airline-specific training programs
- check_circleProvide training reports to supervisors and management regarding compliance
- check_circleConduct testing, evaluation processes, and performance evaluations for employees
Requirements

- verifiedU.S. citizenship or proof of right to work in the U.S.

- verifiedAbility to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English
- verifiedSuccessfully complete background investigation including FBI fingerprints, criminal history, and pre-employment drug test
- verifiedAt least 18 years of age
- verifiedProficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- verifiedProficiency in multiple browsers and operating systems (Linux, UNIX, macOS, Windows)
- verifiedAbility to read and interpret FARs, foreign aviation regulations, safety rules, and procedure manuals
- verifiedAbility to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
