About the Role

This position serves as a pivotal bridge between trading, technology, and fintech. You will lead high-impact initiatives across OMS/EMS platforms, execution systems, algorithmic trading, and market connectivity solutions. Operating at the client site in Jersey City, NJ, you will manage and provide solutions to improve and optimize the working capital of financial institutions and corporate clients worldwide.

In this role, you will drive the transformation of the platform system within a changing architecture environment. Your day-to-day involves leading end-to-end project delivery, from initiation and planning to governance and implementation. You will analyze front-to-back trade workflows—including trade capture, confirmation, valuation, settlements, collateral, margin, reconciliations, and reporting—and translate complex derivatives business processes into feature definitions, process maps, and user stories. You will collaborate closely with internal development, third-party vendors, and QA teams to clarify requirements, validate technical solutions, and ensure solutions are delivered on time with minimal maintenance.
