Day in the Life

Based at the Montgomery County Maintenance Office, your day involves providing semi-skilled assistance across building, yard, and equipment maintenance. You will help maintain safe, clean, and efficient conditions throughout the facility. Your responsibilities include performing cleaning tasks in restrooms, offices, and garage spaces, as well as maintaining outdoor areas by cutting grass and removing snow. You will support mechanics with light repairs like oil changes and tire mounting, handle vendor material deliveries, and ensure tools are properly cared for. Additionally, you will keep the wash bay clean and maintain vehicles and equipment.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with standard business hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, including a 30-minute lunch break. Please note that this role requires on-site presence; telework is not an option.
