About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Towing Professional to join our team in the Metro Detroit area. This position offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time shifts, including afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays. While prior towing experience is preferred, we are committed to training the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a passion for service.
What You'll Do
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service and listening skills to those in need. You will navigate various weather conditions to ensure reliable assistance, utilizing your knowledge of the local area to respond efficiently. A basic understanding of mechanics is a plus, helping you handle the diverse challenges of the road.
Requirements & Safety
To ensure the safety and reliability of our operations, all candidates must meet specific regulatory and safety standards. This includes holding a valid Chauffeur or CDL license, passing a driver's license history check, and possessing a current D.O.T. medical card. All applicants must successfully complete pre-employment and random drug screenings.
