About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering a competitive compensation package designed to reward reliability and performance. Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with pay rates ranging from 57 to 64 CPM based on experience and location. Top performers in the top 20% of our Over-The-Road (OTR) drivers earn approximately $1,700 weekly.
For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust partnership opportunity. Team drivers can earn between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM split, averaging 5,000 miles per week, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus to be shared. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program is available to help you find the right fit, or you may bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist in bringing new teammates on board.
Our fleet features newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old, ensuring a comfortable and reliable ride. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and consistent miles and freight, allowing you to choose home time that works for your schedule.

Requirements
- verifiedClass A License (CDL A)
- verified21 years or older
- verified3 months of verifiable experience
- verifiedNo more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years
- verifiedNo major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years
- verifiedNo more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- verifiedNo DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if offense occurred while holding a CDL)
- verifiedMust be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test
- verifiedNo drug related conviction within the past 5 years (or 10 years if offense occurred while holding a CDL)
- verifiedNo positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP
- verifiedSAP drivers are not eligible for hire
