We are seeking experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers to join our fleet, offering a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and reliability. Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with pay rates ranging from 57 to 64 cents per mile based on experience and location. Top-performing solo drivers in the top 20% of our fleet earn approximately $1,700 weekly.
For those looking to drive with a partner, our Team Driver program offers significant opportunities. Team drivers can average 5,000 miles per week with starting split pay between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for teams, split between partners. If you do not currently have a team partner, we assist in finding the right match through our Team Match program, or you may bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program to help you bring a new teammate on board.

To join our team, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of three months of verifiable experience. We maintain high safety standards; applicants must have no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years, no major CMV preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL).
All candidates must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. We do not hire drivers with drug-related convictions within the past five years (or 10 years if holding a CDL), nor those with positive or refused tests in the past 10 years while holding a CDL-A or CLP.
