About the Role

Additionally, you will engage directly with businesses to understand their hiring needs and facilitate recruitment strategies.

The role also involves supporting unemployment claimants by connecting them with re-employment activities and ensuring compliance with UI laws. Whether working in-person or virtually, you will document services accurately and provide tailored guidance to help individuals achieve their employment goals.

Joining the IWD team means becoming part of a well-respected organization that values its employees and customers. As a State of Iowa employee, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including excellent health, dental, and vision insurance, a generous paid time off policy with no cap on sick leave accrual, and a robust retirement package through IPERS. We also offer flexible spending accounts, free life and long-term disability insurance, and access to employee assistance programs.
