About the Role
We are seeking an Affordable Community Manager with extensive knowledge of affordable projects, specifically those involving tenant-based Section 8 or LIHTC properties. This role is critical for ensuring the financial health and operational excellence of our communities. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth working background with One Site leasing and rent systems, serving as the bridge between property owners, residents, and the regional management team.
Reporting directly to the Regional Property Manager, you will oversee daily operations, personnel, and the full spectrum of property management functions. Your leadership will extend to supervising the Maintenance Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and Leasing staff, while also overseeing the broader maintenance team. Success in this position requires projecting professionalism and self-confidence in all interactions with subordinates, coworkers, superiors, and property owners.

Requirements
