About the Role

As a Part-Time Tire Technician, you are the backbone of our success. This role is for those who want to build a career and a life they love while keeping customers safe. You will be on the floor with your teammates, providing exceptional, safe, and timely service that gets customers back on the road confidently. No desk is required; your work is defined by your presence in the bays and your interaction with the community.

A typical day begins with a team huddle before you are assigned to your bay. You will work alongside trusted experts to deliver an inviting and easy customer experience. We fuel our fans, teams, and athletes through partnerships with local and national pro sports, and we believe in a "Sports Energy" that drives us to win together.

Hiring Process

We are looking for individuals with a team mindset, servant leader energy, and hands-on stamina. Whether you are a former athlete, a military team member, or a hands-on leader, we value your ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain a positive, can-do attitude. While automotive enthusiasm is a plus, it is not required as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. A driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
