- check_circleProvide Tier 2 technical support and take ownership of complex service issues
- check_circlePerform root cause analysis and develop documentation for recurring problems
- check_circleInstall, configure, and monitor workstation systems and specialized software
- check_circleSupport IT hardware devices including networked printers and mobile equipment
- check_circleManage and resolve support tickets within the Service Desk queue accurately
- check_circleCoordinate service calls and equipment repairs for warranty and non-warranty items
- check_circleSet up Audio Visual and Video Conferencing equipment
- check_circleDiagnose hardware and software faults to restore technical services
Requirements
- verified2+ years workstation hardware installation and technical support
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- verifiedProficiency in Windows 10 or above
- verifiedExperience with PC hardware, firmware, and peripherals troubleshooting
