This Therapist position is designed for compassionate, innovative individuals passionate about making an impact. You will assess and facilitate care for assigned patients, participating in treatment and continuing care planning. Your day will involve conducting individual, family, specialized, and group psychotherapy while sharing clinical insights with the treatment team.
You will be responsible for case management, promoting the therapeutic milieu, and providing patient care in a supportive, empathetic manner. This role requires active collaboration as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, communicating clinical concerns and recommendations to ensure comprehensive care. You will also assist in compiling materials for educational sessions and participate in performance improvement activities to meet facility licensure and accreditation requirements.

Minimum of two years experience in behavioral health field. Experience working with specialty services (Trauma, Chemical Dependency, Eating Disorders) within a managed care environment. Two years experience providing Family Therapy, EMDR, sex addiction or other trauma specialist if assigned to conduct specialized therapy.

Education: Masters Degree in Behavioral Health or related field; Doctorate in Psychology (alternative to Master's).
