About the Role

We welcome retired LVNs and recent college graduates to join our Living Options team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a small caseload of no more than five adults, allowing you to provide high-quality nursing care while developing meaningful friendships as you continue your career. Under direct supervision, you will monitor and oversee the general health, medical issues, personal care, and well-being of residents living in our residential facilities.

Your day will involve delivering nursing care within the scope of the program, examining residents who are ill or injured, and assisting with emergency responses. You will play a vital role in the daily lives of our residents by administering medications, providing personal care assistance, and ensuring a clean, supportive home environment. Additionally, you will train program associates on health issues relevant to our participants and transport individuals to healthcare appointments.
