Do you want to use your clinical skills to support individuals experiencing homelessness and help them maintain housing and achieve their goals? As a Therapist Case Manager at Health Care for the Homeless, you will provide direct mental health therapy and intensive case management services to adults with complex needs. You will partner with clients to support their health, housing stability, and personal goals through a trauma-informed, client-centered approach.
