About the Role
Professional Care Medical Practice P.C. is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW) to serve as a Behavioral Health Professional within the medical department at the Saratoga County Correctional Facility in Ballston Spa, NY. This full-time, 40-hour per week position operates Monday through Friday during normal business hours, offering a unique opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding correctional environment.

You will be part of a team delivering full-spectrum mental health care, including substance abuse and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) counseling and therapy. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedLicensed as LMHC, LMSW, or LCSW in New York
- verifiedMaster's degree or greater in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Service field
- verifiedMinimum of two years of experience
- verifiedValid driver's license and reliable transportation
Nice to Have
Minimum of two years of experience and familiarity with substance abuse/MAT (Medicated Assisted Treatment) counseling.
