About the Role
A-Line Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Production Test Technician to support our client in Durham, NC. In this position, you will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing Parata Max vial-filling machines. Your work ensures that every unit meets strict quality and customer configuration standards before shipment.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term employment, contingent upon attendance, performance, and business needs. The role is integral to the manufacturing production line, requiring a blend of technical precision and reliability.
Schedule and Location
The position is based on-site in Durham, NC (27703). The standard schedule runs Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. New hires will undergo a 4–6 week training period on the first shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM) before transitioning to the evening shift.
