We are seeking a Manufacturing Production Test Technician to support the testing, troubleshooting, configuration, and repair of automated vial-filling machines. This role is critical to ensuring all equipment meets quality, performance, and customer specifications prior to shipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills and experience working with both electronics and mechanical systems.
This position operates on a 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM shift (Monday–Friday). New hires will undergo a 4–6 week training period on the 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) to ensure full competency before transitioning to the primary schedule. The role requires a clean, organized, and safe work environment, with specific safety gear requirements including steel/composite toe shoes (safety glasses provided) and the ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs as needed.

Troubleshooting hydraulic components and systems, interpreting hydraulic drawings and blueprints, interpreting industrial application and hydraulic schematics, investigating hydraulic or pneumatic system problems, performing operational tests on hydraulic cylinders, following hydraulic/pneumatic schematics, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and hydraulic equipment, suggesting electrical and hydraulic design changes in the field, rebuilding hydraulic test equipment including actuators and service manifolds, repairing hydraulic pumps and cylinders or mechanical gear boxes, troubleshooting electrical control systems for all hydraulic equipment and components, shooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems and making corrections and adjustments, overseeing, monitoring, or inspecting hydraulic installations or projects, making recommendations on hydraulic systems, pump upgrades and improvements, maintaining industrial hydraulic lift equipment for railcar and locomotive applications, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems on various types of equipment, maintaining stock of all required spare parts for all hydraulic equipment, verifying findings, and reviewing readings of gages and procedures.
