About the Role

This position serves as a strategic architect for Maximus's HR technology landscape. You will be responsible for assessing the current environment and developing a comprehensive 3-5 year HR technology strategy, objectives, and roadmap. The role exists to drive process improvement and the adoption of innovative tools that enable efficient, scalable end-to-end HR processes.

In this capacity, you will act as a critical bridge between HR functions and IT, articulating system needs, managing vendor selection, and overseeing the implementation, upgrade, and integration of HR systems. You will lead cross-functional project teams through major upgrades and system implementations, ensuring data integrity and successful production transitions. The role requires navigating a heavily matrixed organizational environment to coordinate multiple HRIS solutions while managing staff to achieve strategic goals.
