About the Role
As a Test Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and ongoing support of test solutions across our electronic manufacturing processes. This position is designed to bridge the gap between design and production, ensuring that our electronic assemblies meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will leverage your expertise in electronics engineering to lead the design and build of test fixtures, drive comprehensive test development for circuit board production, and ensure all test solutions remain operational and effective throughout their lifecycle. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver robust automotive embedded products while adhering to Lean methodologies and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
