About the Role

This is a remote position with a specific regional focus, dedicated exclusively to supporting customers in Nevada. While the role is primarily home-based, candidates must reside within or adjacent to the Nevada region. This high-velocity sales position is designed to hunt for and win net new small to medium business (SMB) customers within a defined territory. The role involves prospecting, onboarding new accounts, and leveraging a prioritized call list to drive engagement through phone, video, face-to-face meetings, and digital tools.

You will act as a strategic partner to the customer, utilizing professional selling skills to discover incremental and programmatic needs. The position requires a consultative approach to communicate Staples' value propositions, capabilities, and product assortments across all categories. Success in this role involves creating "sticky" accounts that continue to purchase from Staples, integrating prospect feedback into your sales approach, and collaborating closely with internal category specialists and support teams to ensure seamless deal progression and compliance.
