About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our Seekonk, MA territory. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to large, complex accounts, matching their specific needs with our comprehensive waste services. Your mission is to secure long-term partnerships through a consultative selling approach, ensuring revenue growth and profitability at the district level.

You will spend 60-70% of your time in the field prospecting and exploring market opportunities, while the remainder of your time is dedicated to team building, strategic planning, and internal account management. As the primary point of contact for a book of commercial and industrial accounts, you will conduct waste stream analysis, manage contract renewals, and build relationships through community engagement and industry events.
