About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our operations in the Seekonk, MA territory. This role is designed for an innovative and creative individual capable of driving change in the waste management sector. As a Territory Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a diverse book of commercial and industrial accounts, matching prospect needs with our comprehensive waste solutions.

Your day will be defined by a consultative selling approach, spending 60-70% of your time in the field prospecting and exploring market opportunities. You will conduct waste stream analyses to identify volumes and recycling opportunities, while utilizing our Salesforce-driven CRM (ARES) to manage relationships and track progress. The remaining time will be dedicated to strategic planning, team building, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
