We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our Seekonk, MA territory. This role is designed for an individual capable of utilizing a consultative selling approach to secure long-term partnerships with large, complex accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for a book of business spanning commercial and industrial clients, responsible for developing strategies that ensure revenue growth and profitability at the district level.
In this position, you will spend 60-70% of your time in the field prospecting and exploring market opportunities, while dedicating the remainder to strategic planning, team building, and account management. Your day-to-day involves conducting waste stream analysis, preparing proposals, and leveraging our Salesforce-driven CRM (ARES) to manage relationships. You will also build company visibility by participating in trade shows, chamber of commerce events, and other community activities.
