As a leader in the waste solutions industry, the company focuses on building long-term partnerships by matching prospect needs with comprehensive commercial and industrial services.

About the Role

This position is designed for a consultative seller who thrives on creating change and securing major accounts. As a Territory Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a book of business, managing both commercial and industrial clients. Your day-to-day involves a dynamic mix of fieldwork and strategy: approximately 60-70% of your time will be spent in your designated territory prospecting and exploring market opportunities, while the remainder is dedicated to team building, strategic planning, and internal account management.

You will utilize a Salesforce-driven CRM (ARES) to prepare proposals, execute cold calls, and present waste solutions to large, complex accounts. The role requires conducting waste stream analysis to identify volumes and opportunities for recycling or special handling, while proactively communicating pricing initiatives to maximize profitability. Success in this role means building relationships that increase company visibility through trade shows, chamber of commerce events, and other community activities.
