We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our operations in the Seekonk, MA territory. This role is designed for an innovative and creative individual capable of driving change and delivering measurable growth. As a Territory Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a diverse book of commercial and industrial accounts, matching prospect needs with our comprehensive waste disposal services.
Your day will be a dynamic blend of field work and strategic planning. Approximately 60-70% of your time will be spent within your designated territory, prospecting new opportunities, and exploring market potential. The remaining time will be dedicated to team building, strategic planning, and managing existing accounts. You will utilize a consultative selling approach to secure major accounts, conduct waste stream analysis to identify recycling and diversion opportunities, and leverage our Salesforce-driven CRM (ARES) to manage the sales cycle from initial cold call to contract re-sign.
