Territory Sales Representative

About the Role

Mega Disposal is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our operations in the Seekonk, MA territory. We are looking for an innovative, creative, and proactive individual capable of driving change and delivering results. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for a diverse book of commercial and industrial accounts, matching prospect needs to Waste Connections' comprehensive waste solutions.

Your day will involve a dynamic mix of field work and strategic planning. Approximately 60-70% of your time will be spent within your designated territory prospecting, exploring market opportunities, and conducting waste stream analysis to identify volumes and recycling potential. The remaining time will be dedicated to team building, strategic planning, and account management with internal teams. You will utilize a consultative selling approach to secure long-term partnerships, ensuring revenue growth and profitability at the district level.
