The Role
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of Leaf Home in your local community. Your primary mission is to conduct quick home inspections from the street to identify potential challenges homeowners face with their gutters. By engaging directly with residents door-to-door, you will educate them on the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection using a consultative selling approach.
This position offers a unique blend of independence and collaboration. You will cover an assigned territory daily, working outdoors in various weather conditions to generate high-quality sales leads for our field team. While your work is independent, you will maintain a collaborative relationship with field management and fellow representatives to ensure accurate reporting and a consistent, professional customer experience.
Compensation and Growth
We offer an industry-best compensation package with unlimited earning potential, targeting earnings between $50,000 and $100,000+. The structure is designed for speed and reward, featuring fast commission payouts for quick installs. Beyond base earnings, the package includes paid training, a 401k with company match, mileage reimbursement, and branded apparel.
