As a Territory Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a book of commercial and industrial accounts. Your mission is to match prospect needs with our comprehensive waste services, securing long-term partnerships through a consultative selling approach. You will be responsible for prospecting and closing major accounts to achieve targeted sales goals while developing strategies that ensure revenue growth and profitability at the district level.
In this role, approximately 60-70% of your time will be spent in the field exploring market opportunities and engaging with potential customers. The remaining time will be dedicated to team building, strategic planning, and account management with internal teams. You will conduct waste stream analysis to identify volumes and opportunities for recycling or special handling, while actively building relationships through participation in trade shows, chamber of commerce events, and other community activities.
