About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our Seekonk, MA territory. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for a book of commercial and industrial accounts, matching prospect needs to our comprehensive waste services. Your mission is to secure long-term partnerships by utilizing a consultative selling approach to solve complex challenges for large accounts.
You will spend 60-70% of your time in the field prospecting and exploring market opportunities, while dedicating the remainder to strategic planning, team building, and account management. Success in this position requires a proactive individual capable of conducting waste stream analysis, identifying recycling opportunities, and building relationships through community engagement such as trade shows and chamber of commerce events.
