About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our operations in the Seekonk, MA territory. This role is designed for an innovative and creative individual capable of driving change and delivering measurable results. As a Territory Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a diverse book of commercial and industrial accounts, matching prospect needs to our comprehensive waste disposal services.

Your day will be defined by a consultative selling approach, focusing on securing long-term partnerships with large, complex accounts. Approximately 60-70% of your time will be spent in the field prospecting and exploring market opportunities, while the remainder will be dedicated to strategic planning, team building, and account management. You will be responsible for conducting waste stream analysis, identifying recycling opportunities, and developing effective selling strategies that ensure revenue growth and profitability at the district level.
