About the Role
Mega Disposal is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our operations in the Seekonk, MA territory. We are looking for an innovative, creative, and proactive individual capable of driving change and delivering results. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for a diverse book of commercial and industrial accounts, matching prospect needs to Waste Connections' comprehensive waste solutions.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of field work and strategic planning. Approximately 60-70% of your time will be spent within your designated territory prospecting and exploring new market opportunities, while the remainder is dedicated to team building, strategic planning, and account management with internal teams. You will utilize a consultative selling approach to secure long-term partnerships, conducting waste stream analysis to identify volumes and opportunities for recycling or special handling. Success in this position requires building relationships through active participation in community events, trade shows, and chamber of commerce activities to increase company visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleGather contract expiration dates and document customer concerns to satisfy service requests

Requirements
