As a Territory Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a diverse book of commercial and industrial accounts. Your mission is to match prospect needs with our comprehensive waste services, securing long-term partnerships through a consultative selling approach. This role is designed for an individual capable of navigating complex accounts and driving revenue growth at profitability levels that meet or exceed district targets.
In this position, you will spend the majority of your time (60-70%) within your designated territory, actively prospecting and exploring new market opportunities. The remaining time will be dedicated to strategic planning, team building, and managing existing accounts. You will be responsible for conducting waste stream analysis to identify volumes and opportunities for recycling or special handling, ensuring that every client receives tailored solutions that maximize their efficiency and our profitability.
