About the Role
Mega Disposal is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our operations in the Seekonk, MA territory. We are looking for an innovative, creative, and proactive individual capable of driving change and delivering results.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for a diverse book of commercial and industrial accounts. Your mission is to match prospect needs with Waste Connections' comprehensive waste solutions, securing long-term partnerships through a consultative selling approach. You will spend 60-70% of your time in the field prospecting and exploring market opportunities, while dedicating the remainder to strategic planning, team building, and account management.
