About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our operations in the Seekonk, MA territory. This role is designed for an innovative and proactive individual capable of creating change and driving growth. As a Territory Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a book of commercial and industrial accounts, matching prospect needs to our comprehensive waste disposal services.

Your day will involve a dynamic mix of field work and strategic planning. Approximately 60-70% of your time will be spent in your designated territory prospecting, exploring market opportunities, and conducting waste stream analysis to identify volumes and recycling potential. The remaining time will be dedicated to team building, strategic planning, and account management with internal teams. You will utilize our Salesforce-driven CRM tool, ARES, to manage proposals and customer relationships, ensuring revenue growth and profitability at the district level.
