We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our Seekonk, MA territory. This role is designed for an innovative and creative individual capable of driving change in the waste management sector. As a Territory Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a book of commercial and industrial accounts, matching prospect needs to our comprehensive waste services.
Your day will involve a consultative selling approach to secure major accounts and manage existing relationships. Approximately 60-70% of your time will be spent in the field prospecting and exploring market opportunities, while the remainder is dedicated to strategic planning, team building, and internal account management. You will conduct waste stream analyses, prepare proposals, and utilize our Salesforce-driven CRM (ARES) to track progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
