As a Territory Manager for the Seekonk, MA area, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse book of commercial and industrial accounts. This role is designed for an individual capable of creating change and driving revenue growth at the district level. You will act as a strategic partner to your clients, conducting waste stream analysis to identify volumes, special handling requirements, and recycling opportunities.
Your day will be a dynamic mix of field work and strategic planning. Approximately 60-70% of your time will be spent in your designated territory prospecting for new business and exploring market opportunities. The remaining time will be dedicated to team building, strategic planning, and managing existing accounts. You will utilize our Salesforce-driven CRM, ARES, to track progress, prepare proposals, and ensure seamless communication with internal departments to satisfy customer requests.
