About the Team
Mega Disposal is part of Waste Connections, a company dedicated to providing innovative and proactive waste solutions. We are seeking a Territory Manager to lead our operations in the Seekonk, MA territory, driving results through creative strategies and strong relationship building.
About the Role
This position is designed for an individual capable of creating change and securing long-term partnerships. You will act as the primary point of contact for a book of commercial and industrial accounts, matching prospect needs to our comprehensive waste services. The role requires a consultative selling approach to manage large, complex accounts and achieve targeted revenue growth at profitable levels.
Your day will be split between field work and strategic planning. Approximately 60-70% of your time will be spent in your designated territory prospecting, exploring market opportunities, and conducting waste stream analysis to identify volumes and recycling potential. The remaining time will be dedicated to team building, strategic planning, and account management with internal teams. You will utilize our Salesforce-driven CRM (ARES) to manage proposals, track contract expirations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
