As a Territory Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a diverse book of commercial and industrial accounts. Your mission is to match prospect needs with our comprehensive waste services, securing long-term partnerships through a consultative selling approach. This role is designed for an individual capable of managing complex accounts and driving revenue growth at targeted profitability levels.
In this position, you will spend 60-70% of your time in the field prospecting and exploring market opportunities, while dedicating the remainder to strategic planning, team building, and account management. You will conduct waste stream analysis to identify volumes and opportunities for recycling or special handling, ensuring we offer the most effective solutions for our clients. Success in this role requires building strong relationships through active participation in trade shows, chamber of commerce events, and other community activities to increase company visibility.
