Mega Disposal is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our operations in the Seekonk, MA territory. We are looking for an innovative, creative, and proactive individual capable of driving change and delivering results.
In this role, you will match prospect needs to Waste Connections services, securing long-term partnerships through a consultative selling approach. You will focus on selling commercial waste removal and disposal services to large, complex accounts, developing strategies that ensure revenue growth and profitability at the district level. As the main point of contact for a current book of business, you will manage both commercial and industrial accounts, conducting waste stream analysis to identify volumes and opportunities for recycling or special handling.
Your day will be a dynamic mix of field work and strategic planning. Approximately 60-70% of your time will be spent in your designated territory prospecting and exploring market opportunities, while the remainder will be dedicated to team building, strategic planning, and account management with the internal team. You will utilize our Salesforce-driven CRM tool, ARES, to prepare proposals, manage customer concerns, and execute contract re-signs that build lasting relationships.
