We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our operations in the Seekonk, MA territory. This role is designed for an innovative individual capable of building long-term partnerships through a consultative selling approach. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a book of commercial and industrial accounts, matching prospect needs to our comprehensive waste removal and disposal services.
In this position, you will spend 60-70% of your time in the field prospecting and exploring market opportunities, while dedicating the remainder to strategic planning, team building, and account management. Your day-to-day involves conducting waste stream analysis to identify recycling and diversion opportunities, preparing proposals, and utilizing our Salesforce-driven CRM tool, ARES, to manage relationships. You will be responsible for securing major accounts, executing contract re-signs, and increasing customer profitability while maintaining high visibility through community events and trade shows.
