About the Team
Mega Disposal, part of Waste Connections, is dedicated to providing innovative waste solutions to large, complex accounts. We seek an innovative, creative, and proactive Territory Manager to drive results and create change within our Seekonk, MA territory.
About the Role
This role is designed to match prospect needs with our comprehensive waste services through a consultative selling approach. You will act as the primary point of contact for a book of commercial and industrial accounts, building long-term partnerships that ensure revenue growth and profitability. The position requires a balance of field work and strategic planning, with 60-70% of your time spent in the designated territory prospecting and exploring market opportunities. The remaining time is dedicated to team building, strategic planning, and account management with internal teams.
You will be responsible for conducting waste stream analysis to identify volumes and opportunities for recycling or special handling, while proactively communicating to support company pricing initiatives. Success in this role involves building relationships and increasing company visibility through participation in trade shows, chamber of commerce events, and other community activities.

Requirements
- verified2 years outside sales/B2B experience preferred
- verifiedSolid Waste industry experience a plus
- verifiedReliable transportation required
