As a Territory Manager for the Seekonk, MA area, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse book of commercial and industrial accounts. This role is designed for an individual capable of creating change and driving revenue growth at the district level. You will spend the majority of your time (60-70%) in the field prospecting and exploring market opportunities, while dedicating the remainder to strategic planning, team building, and account management.
Your day-to-day involves conducting waste stream analysis to identify volumes and recycling opportunities, preparing detailed proposals, and utilizing our Salesforce-driven CRM (ARES) to manage the sales pipeline. You will be responsible for executing cold calls to secure appointments, negotiating contract re-signs, and proactively communicating pricing initiatives to enhance customer profitability.
