About the Team
Mega Disposal is part of Waste Connections, a company dedicated to providing innovative waste solutions. We are seeking a proactive and creative Territory Manager to drive results and create change within our Seekonk, MA territory.
About the Role
This role is designed for an individual capable of matching prospect needs to our comprehensive waste services through a consultative selling approach. You will secure long-term partnerships with large, complex accounts while developing and implementing strategies that ensure revenue growth and profitability at the district level.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of field work and strategic planning. Approximately 60-70% of your time will be spent in your designated territory prospecting and exploring market opportunities, while the remainder will focus on team building, strategic planning, and account management with internal teams. As the main point of contact for a book of commercial and industrial accounts, you will conduct waste stream analysis, manage contract re-signs, and build relationships through community engagement and trade shows.

Requirements
- verified2 years outside sales/B2B experience preferred
- verifiedSolid Waste industry experience a plus
- verifiedReliable transportation required
