As a Territory Manager for our Seekonk, MA territory, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a book of commercial and industrial accounts. This role is designed for an individual capable of utilizing a consultative selling approach to evolve how waste solutions are delivered to large, complex accounts.
You will spend 60-70% of your time in the field prospecting and exploring market opportunities, while dedicating the remainder to strategic planning, team building, and account management. Your day-to-day involves conducting waste stream analysis to identify recycling and diversion opportunities, preparing proposals, and leveraging our Salesforce-driven CRM (ARES) to manage the sales cycle. Success in this position means building lasting relationships that increase customer profitability while driving revenue growth at the district level.
