Territory Sales Representative

About the Role

Mega Disposal is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our operations in the Seekonk, MA territory. We are looking for an innovative, creative, and proactive individual capable of driving change and delivering results. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a book of commercial and industrial accounts, matching prospect needs to Waste Connections services to secure long-term partnerships.

You will utilize a consultative selling approach to present waste solutions to large, complex accounts. Approximately 60-70% of your time will be spent in your designated territory prospecting and exploring market opportunities, while the remainder will be dedicated to team building, strategic planning, and account management with internal teams. Your success involves developing effective selling strategies to ensure revenue growth and profitability at the district level, conducting waste stream analysis, and building relationships through community engagement and trade shows.
