Mega Disposal, part of Waste Connections, is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our operations in the Seekonk, MA territory. We are dedicated to finding innovative, creative, and proactive individuals who can drive change and deliver tangible results within the waste solutions industry.
As a Territory Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse book of commercial and industrial accounts. Your mission is to match prospect needs with Waste Connections' comprehensive services, securing long-term partnerships through a consultative selling approach. You will spend 60-70% of your time in the field prospecting and exploring market opportunities, while dedicating the remainder to strategic planning, team building, and account management.
In this role, you will conduct waste stream analysis to identify volumes and opportunities for recycling or special handling. You will be responsible for developing effective selling strategies that ensure revenue growth and profitability at the district level. By building strong relationships and increasing company visibility through trade shows and chamber of commerce events, you will help drive the company's growth and customer satisfaction.
