We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our operations in the Seekonk, MA territory. This role is designed for an individual capable of utilizing a consultative selling approach to secure major accounts and drive revenue growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse book of commercial and industrial accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
In this position, you will spend approximately 60-70% of your time in the field prospecting and exploring market opportunities, while dedicating the remainder to strategic planning, team building, and account management. Your day-to-day involves conducting waste stream analysis, preparing proposals, and leveraging our Salesforce-driven CRM tool, ARES, to manage relationships and identify new business opportunities. You will also represent the company at trade shows, chamber of commerce events, and other community activities to increase visibility and foster local connections.
