We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our Seekonk, MA territory. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to large, complex accounts, utilizing a consultative selling approach to secure long-term partnerships. You will be the primary point of contact for a book of commercial and industrial accounts, responsible for developing effective selling strategies that ensure revenue growth and profitability at the district level.
Your day will be a dynamic mix of field work and strategic planning. Approximately 60-70% of your time will be spent in your designated territory prospecting, exploring market opportunities, and conducting waste stream analysis to identify volumes and recycling potential. The remaining time will be dedicated to team building, strategic planning, and account management with internal teams. You will leverage our Salesforce-driven CRM tool, ARES, to manage proposals, track contract expirations, and document customer concerns, ensuring seamless service delivery and proactive communication regarding pricing initiatives.
